HISTORY
In 1978, Paul Hui founded Basic Elements under the incorporation of Perrier, Inc. Throughout the years, Basic Elements’ apparel lines were carried in major retailers, such as Bloomingdale’s, JC Penney’s, Dillard’s, Sears, Mervyn’s and more. In 1992, Paul founded BEPC (Basic Elements Production Company) to spearhead into the private label industry. Paul also founded other apparel companies worldwide from T8 designs to PGMG Ltd. (Pacific Garment Manufacturing Group).

Today, Paul’s companies are undergoing a consolidation process, while Basic Elements is licensed to major retailers nationwide and private labeled through BEPC. Paul passed away after a courageous fight with cancer. Paul is survived by his wife, two children and his legacy, Basic Elements.

Basic Elements continues to grow under the leadership its experienced senior management team.
